Good knife, slow shipping

I ordered the Shogun Series 8-inch Chef Knife recently. The knife itself is really well-made and feels balanced, definitely a step up from my old one. It performs great in the kitchen. However, the shipping took a bit longer than I expected, around 7 business days to get to me in California. The tracking updates were also a bit sparse. Customer service was polite when I inquired, but they just said it was within their standard window. Good value for the quality, just plan ahead if you need it quickly.

Excellent knives again

The paring knife is super sharp, just like my others. The block looks good on the counter and holds everything securely.
